Eligibility

Any Indian citizen aged 18 years and above is eligible to participate in courses, quizzes, or tests conducted by BPPKP.
Participants must agree to the terms and conditions laid out by BPPKP before registration.

Registration

Registration is mandatory to access any course, quiz, or test offered by BPPKP.
The participant is required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
A unique username and password will be generated upon registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
BPPKP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violations of these terms.

Fees

A non-refundable registration fee must be submitted for participation in the courses, quizzes, or tests.
The payment for registration or tests should be completed via the provided secure payment gateways.
BPPKP is not responsible for any extra charges levied by your bank for online transactions.

Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain honesty and integrity while participating in tests or quizzes.
Cheating, sharing answers, or using unauthorized resources is strictly prohibited.
Any misconduct during tests will lead to immediate disqualification without any refund.

Test Schedules

BPPKP reserves the right to modify the quiz/test dates or times. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or the platform.
If a test is canceled by BPPKP, the test fee will be refunded or transferred to a future date.

Certificate and Results

Certificates of completion will be provided to participants who successfully clear the exam or quiz, based on the scoring criteria.
The decision of BPPKP regarding the results of tests is final and cannot be challenged.

Limitation of Liability

BPPKP is not responsible for any technical issues, such as connectivity failures or system crashes, that may occur during the quizzes or tests.
BPPKP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the platform.
