Registration Fees

The registration fees paid at the time of enrollment are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once registered, participants cannot claim refunds for withdrawal from the platform or cancellation of registration.

Test Fees

Test fees may be refundable if a cancellation request is made 10 days or more before the scheduled test date.
Any request made within 10 days of the test will not be eligible for a refund.
In case BPPKP cancels a test or exam for any reason, the participants will be given the option to either reschedule for a future date or request a refund.

Procedure for Refund

To request a refund for eligible test fees, the participant must email support@bppkp.com, providing the registration details and reason for cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the approval of the request, and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

No Returns

As BPPKP provides digital educational services, no physical products are offered; therefore, return policies for physical goods do not apply.
